Epione Healthcare Solutions was founded by Maleny Lahoz, MBA, C-TAGME, whose professional background includes healthcare operations, workflow coordination, administrative leadership, and organizational support across both practice-level and larger healthcare environments.
Her experience includes working alongside providers, administrative teams, practice management, and healthcare leadership within fast-paced clinical and operational settings, providing firsthand exposure to the pressures healthcare organizations often experience as systems become increasingly strained over time.
Through this experience, she recognized a recurring pattern across many organizations: strong teams working hard, yet still struggling with communication gaps, workflow inefficiencies, fragmented coordination, and systems that become increasingly reactive instead of sustainable.
This operational perspective became the foundation for Epione Healthcare Solutions, a firm created to help healthcare organizations step back, assess operations more objectively, and strengthen the systems supporting long-term organizational stability and performance.
